Payments

You can currently pay with major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as popular digital wallets like Google Pay. We also offer the option to pay directly through your Shopify account using 'Shop Pay' for a faster checkout experience.

How do I buy?

Shopping at www.ReallySoCute.com is very easy:

  • Simply search for the product 
    you are looking for, use the Girl, Boy, Mom n Me, Entire Family.
  • Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top right hand side of the portal. You can use the 'REMOVE ' button to delete items from your shopping bag.

Click on 'PROCEED TO PAY' to complete your order.

How do I know which size would fit the best?

We provide a size guide on each product page, please refer to that. This way you can compare it with your own.

Pure Cotton may shrink after wash. Therefore, we suggest to adjust your decision accordingly.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

We have made every effort to display and document the colors of our products that appear on our portal as accurately as possible. However, the colors displayed on your screen depend on light during photography, your color settings and monitor. Hence, there might be some degree of variability between the actual color of the product and the color displayed on your screen.

How will I know you have received the order I had placed?

Once you have made a payment, you will receive an email  message from us confirming that we have received your order.

I did not receive my order. What do I do?

Every order we ship has a tracking number. We use USPS for shipment within USA. Therefore, please look for the tracking updates on respective shipping and logistics company.

If there are questions, please contact us at reallysocute772@gmail.com, and we will initiate a thorough search of your shipment with the shipping and logistics company.

Can I cancel the order I have placed?

Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled until the shipping label is created. Please email us on info@reallysocute.com to cancel your order. We cannot cancel the order after shipping label is created.

Get to know about Out of Stock items?

We can't always give a heads up about when products will be restocking as it's always subject to change. However, we do have a back in stock function on selected product pages, so we can notify you when they're restocked.

Can I return or exchange the item I had purchased?

We perform a thorough quality check before shipping every order.

However, we do understand that your purchase may not meet your expectations or requirements.

Returns:
  • We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have up to 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Buyers need to pay for the return shipping.
  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Free shipping is offered on orders that meet the specified discount scheme at the time of purchase.
  • Returns Impacting free shipping discount scheme: If a return reduces the original order below the set threshold, the cost of shipping will no longer be covered by us. In such cases, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking the merchandise.
  • We do not refund the shipping you had paid while buying.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable or have special conditions. Please contact our customer service team for details.
Exchanges:

We offer limited exchanges only on items purchased. Exchanges are subject to availability. For best experience, we suggest you initiate a return process and buy a product of your liking directly from the website.
